Personally, I always preferred writing by hand . If more ideas arise at once, you can of course extend the plan for two weeks or, for example, a month in advance. I have divided the preparation of the week’s plan into 5-15 minute sections as follows: Step 1 (5 min): Decide on 1-3 main topics or categories you want to write about this week This is easy once you have done the previous steps with thought. Pro tip: Keep a small notebook with you where you can jot  so you don’t forget them. Or use a mobile phone note-taking app to help! 2nd step (15 min): List as many things as you can think of for each main topic Don’t censor yourself at this point, just write down all the crazy ideas.

Down the ideas that come to mind

Give each subject area 5 minutes and use a timer to help you – when you know the clock is about to start, your brain will work harder. Step 3 (15 min): Think about the benefits for the reader Think about and write down what the reader will benefit from the topics you have chosen. Use 5 min per topic. Example: The main topic I am writing about –> Passive new database income What comes to mind about this topic?  get how much time it takes to get it who it suits to whom it does not suit about this topic (passive income + what is it?) the reader knows if it’s something tools are needed to generate passive income the reader discovers that getting a passive income is not as difficult as he (maybe) initially thought Pro Tip : Make a plan for a spreadsheet program. Put the publication dates, topic, outline of the title, target group and the goal of the blog post.

What it is how to get it how much can you

In this way, you can see a larger whole at once and you can offer your readers. Step 4 (10 min) : Schedule the releases Aim for the posting dates to be evenly spread throughout the week and remain the same from week to week. If your post requires, for example, the purchase of baking or craft supplies, also think about the time required for advance TG Numbers preparations in advance. 5th step (15 min) : Make a channel-specific plan Think about which social channels you share publications on, when and at what time of day. Spend no more than 5 minutes thinking per post. If you make photo publications on different social media channels, make ready-made image templates with Canvas, for example, so that making the actual publication is faster. The image below was made with Canvas .
